The Boat Shed is ideal for conferences with the perfect atmosphere.If the conference is a mix of both meetings and relaxation; the laid back Popoara spot close to one of the most beautiful lagoons in the world is one of its biggest drawcards.

Available at the Boat Shed are meeting rooms, restaurant and bar with equipment available for training in first aid, hospitality etc or any meetings.

A big flat screen for DVD, powerpoint and a white board as teaching aid with seating available comfortably for a group of 18 but extra seating in theatre style can be arranged for larger groups. The facility is geared to host cocktail evenings for business groups or holding a promotional.

Experience in hosting

The Boat Shed has a very capable staff who have successfully hosted numerous functions numbering up to 85. The facility has access to communication to the outside world with ITD phone dialing and Internet connection. The Shed is open for conferences to all companies but the facility is more suited for smaller groups as turn key operations.

The meeting room is also the club room for the local sailing club in as far as meetings go and they have one wall with pictures and trophy cabinet which sets the room off quite well.The facility is also ideal for wedding breakfasts or a family get together whether for a meal or a weeklong holiday.
